参观山西怀仁云东中学有感

行为习惯造就性格形成

——参观山西怀仁云东中学有感

记得在上师范时,教育学老师曾经让我们讨论过这样一个问题: “树大自然直”这个观点正确吗?并说明理由。记得当时我认为这个观点是正确的,原因是:让孩子在自由自在的空间中生活,不受任何人和事物的约束,这样的孩子长大后各方面的能力都能得到发展。

后来在从事教育工作中,逐渐发现自己错了,但错在哪里?正确的观点应该是怎样的,我却说不清道不明。5月6日在教育局关局长的带领下,我们一行50多人到山西怀仁云东中学与怀仁十小参观学习,在云东中学倪瑞校长的报告中,我学到了“播种行为,收获习惯;播种习惯收获性格”的教育理念与思想,彻底推翻了“树大自然直”的观点。

从事教育工作已经有十五个年头了,参加培训与学习的次数也不少,每一次的培训学习不仅在专业知识与素养上有所提高,更使灵魂得到一次次的净化。这么多年的教学生涯,虽然在教育界与社会上得到了些许肯定与赞扬,但回过头来反思自己的教育教学,感觉自己像个无知的农民,无情地扼杀了多少智慧的种子。多少次,学生高高举起的小手被我一句“下课在探讨”无奈的放下了,我们却从不愿意放下教师的臭架子来聆听孩子们的心声,愚昧的继续着以自我为中心,为课堂主宰的统治地位。压制着学生:闭嘴!安静!手背后……渴求知识的眼睛逐渐变得暗淡无光,甚至是目光呆滞,我们从未问过孩子的感受与想法!而是整天围绕着教材与课本研究如何出题、如何考试,课本上简简单单的知识在我们的讲解下变得深奥难解了。而老师们却总是抱怨:现在的孩子越来越笨、原来越懒了。谁也没有反思过是我们自己的问题,是现在的教

育出现了问题。

倪校长以他扎实的生物专业功底巧妙、形象的与教育教学融为一体,

使我们很容易、很深刻地理解何谓“高效课堂”,何谓“行为习惯”与性

格的培养。他对知识的传授有独到的见解对学校的管理更有独特的方法。

在观摩课堂教学环节中,开放式课堂深深吸引了我,学生们以自主

学习结合小组探讨来自学,将解决不了的疑难问题进行整理并板书在黑

板上,进行全班探讨交流,教师只是在最后答疑解惑,真正将课堂还给

了学生!运动中学的教师们对自己的课堂引导与展现有不一样的把握和

操控,对自己的学生有不一般的培养和教导。

倪校长的教学“消化”论给我的启发很大,他认为:知识的消化与

吸收就像食物的消化与吸收一样,每一个环节都必不可少。 人类消化食物,需要口腔消化、胃内消化和小肠消化,而知识的消化则

需要自主消化、合作消化和探究消化,为了让课堂教学更加高效率,必

须对症下药。

云东中学的高效课堂具体实施如下:

1. 自主消化,是个人自主解决问题和基础知识的梳理过程,所以学

生预学习是不可或缺的,在新知识传授之前,教师需要安排足够的、大

量的时间让学生自主学习,这一环节教师可以利用学案进行有效的引导。

2. 合作消化,是通过小组合作共同解决问题和课本中档知识获得的

过程。由于学生的学习程度不同,所以在自主学习时,他们还是会遇到

一些不同的自己无法解决的问题,而这些问题就会在这一环节得到解决,

大家互相讨论、各抒己见,并且把答案记录下来。

3. 探究消化,是学生通过质疑和教师指导解决有难度的、抽象的 、

复杂的问题的过程。通过自主学习与合作学习,学生把可以解决的问题解决了,把可以消化的知识都消化了,还剩下一些学生没能力解决或者理解不太准确的知识,就需要明确列出来,在教师正确的引导或特别的解释下,让大家一起探究,把难度问题台阶化,把抽象问题具体化,把复杂问题简单化,最终获得知识。

倪校长以形象的事例加以说明:人类吃饭,通过咀嚼蠕动、消化分解,最终是为了吸收利用,在这一过程中因为有了消化酶的催化作用,所以人才会更好的吸收营养使身体更加健康,同理,我们教授知识是通过导读梳理、导思理解,最终是为了导练应用,而在这一过程中起到消化酶作用的就是我们教师,所以只有教师的正确引导和适时指导,才能让学生更好的吸收获得知识,进而让他们学以致用。

知识的消化和吸收,每一个环节都不能出现问题,无论哪里出现了问题,就像人得了病一样,自然影响知识的获得。试想如果我们吃了馒头,没经消化分解,那么它依旧是馒头,不能转化为人体所需成分,而课本知识没经过自己的思考理解仍旧是课本内容,也不能转化为学生自己的知识。人病了,消化不良,食物穿肠过,吃再多也没用,同样的,我们教师占用学生自主学习、思考的时间,一味的灌输,而学生并没理解,灌多少又有何用呢?

云东中学课间操给我们留下了深刻的的印象,操前的集体朗读与背诵,场面宏伟壮观、令人振奋,浓浓的书香气体现了校风正、学风浓的管理理念。别具一格的跑操形式令大家唏嘘赞叹不已,为了培养学生的注意力特创设了“背贴腹”式的课间操。
