一、活动目的
以学生和学生家庭为单位，运用成都市学校安全教育信息化平台，围绕防溺水、防火灾、防交通事故等暑假易发安全事故的防范开展活动，通过完成安全知识专项作业，增强学生和家长在暑假期间的安全事故防范意识，巩固易发安全事故的防范知识，提高自救自护能力，预防和杜绝暑假期间安全事故的发生，使每一个学生度过一个平安、快乐的假期。

三、作业内容
作业1、观看安全教育短片：教育短片包括暑假防溺水、防交通事故、防火灾和居家、外出安全等。每个短片完整观看即完成该项作业。
作业2、安全技能测试：对短片里的相关安全知识进行测试，考察学生的学习效果，测试达到满分即完成该项作业。
作业3、家庭消防安全自查：学生和家长对家庭进行一次彻底的消防安全检查，填写消防安全自查表。本项作业由学生在线提交，系统自动统计分析其家庭隐患。
四、完成作业步骤
第一步：登录成都市学校安全教育信息化平台(chengdu.safetree.com.cn），用老师发放的平台账号登录，点击活动宣传图片进入（学生须由班主任开通并发放平台账号，若无账号，请及时向班主任询问并开通，否则无法参加活动。）。
第二步：了解作业须知，然后分别点击三项作业并完成（每项均须完成，完成不分先后）。
五、活动反馈与数据查看
活动期间，所有参与数据会动态显示，可随时查看了解。各教育行政部门和学校可查看学生活动的参与情况，学生也可查看自己的作业完成情况。
活动结束，市教育局将对各区（市）县教育局、高新区社会事业局和市直属（直管）学校组织的中小学生参与活动的数据进行汇总分析，并作为年终目标考核时加减分的依据。

In England，if people need some help，they can go to Help the Aged，Shelter，Child Line，Weight Watchers and Relate for help．Help the Aged helps old people．Shelter helps the people with no place to live in．Child Line is a telephone help-line for children to call when they have problems．Weight Watchers helps fat people to be thinner and Relate helps people with problems when they can't get on well with others．

常见问题解答:
1.老师页面已经授课，但本班学生页面没有出现相应的技能作业？
答：请检查本校教师账号的班级填写方式是否和学生一致，教师填写的“一班”，学生必须是“一班”，如果教师的是“1班”，学生的是“一班”，那么教师登录平台将无法查看学生账号，也就是教师账号与本班学生无法匹配，这将给授课带来不便，教师授了课，学生那儿会不显示，学生无法完成作业操作。
操作路径：
（校级）：管理系统—我的工作—账号管理—账号升级情况栏目 （班主任）：管理系统-我的工作——账号管理——查看学生账号 备注：如果班主任登录自己的账号无法看到学生账号，也表示班级不对应。
2.管理员怎样给校领导或者负责老师添加学校管理账号？调走的管理员怎样删除？
答：请管理员用当前账号登陆平台，进入管理系统-我的工作-账号管理-学校账号管理，点击添加或者删除按钮 ，进行相应的操作。
3.平台上学校多开设的、或者开错的班级怎样删除？
答：使用管理员账号登陆平台，进入管理系统-我的工作-账号管理-
账号升级情况，点击相应的归档按钮。
注：一旦归档，数据无法恢复，请点击学生管理仔细核对后再进行操作。
4.教师和学生的班级格式不一致，怎样进行调整使其一致？ 答：为减轻工作量，建议对教师班级进行修改，将教师的班级填写格式改成与学生一致。然后再进入管理系统-我的工作-账号管理-账号升级情况，把多余的空班级进行归档删除。
注：归档操作需核实该班级确实需归档再进行操作，归档之后不可恢复。
5.教师授完课以后，得分排名中教学过程中课程数还显示0，也没有得分？
答：教师授完课后，需要有本班学生参与本课的技能作业，本课才算授课有效，相应的才会有数据统计。
6.外籍学生没有大陆身份证号码，账号怎么开通？
答：港澳台等外籍学生，如果监护人有一方是大陆人，可以使用大陆监护人身份证号码进行账号导入，如监护人都是外籍人士，各学校收集好外籍学生信息表格发给实验区老师，平台会统一协助导入外籍的学生账号。
外籍学生的帐号为提供的证件号+0086（注：证件号中包含字母的，字母为大写，另外不包含括号等符号），密码为初始密码123456。【chengdu.safetree】
老师可在在查看学生帐号中查看下港澳台、外籍学生的帐号信息，如有疑问，我们再进行协助调整。
7.账号导入以后，反馈信息中提示身份证格式错误，是什么意思?
答：身份证导入格式显示错误时，请老师们认真核对下是否为合法有效的身份证号，不符合格式的身份证号是无法导入的（包括自己编写的，填写时填写错误、数字少一位或者多一位等）
操作:出现该错误可先把其他正确的帐号进行导入，然后核实该位师生的帐号之后进行单个添加，身份证号格式错误需要确认该身份证是否正确后再单个进行添加。
8.帐号导入后，反馈信息中提示身份证号不能为空
模板中出现该错误，可能是数据下面的空白处还存在一些数据没有删除，请老师选中空白处，右键删除
9.帐号我明明看到已经导入成功，但是查看学生帐号中无法找到刚刚导入的信息？
导入之后请务必点击“查看结果”
右侧会有反馈信息，
如果反馈信息中每一位师生都是提示是导入成功，才说明您帐号导入成功，且在反馈信息中如果导入不成功会有相应的提示，按照提示内容进行调整之后重新进行导入。
10.教师和学生账号导入时应该注意哪些问题？
答：下载好的模版中，请按照模版上面的使用说明来填写，比如姓名必须是中文，不能有空格键、数字、或者符号；导入的教师和本班学生的班级格式必须保持一致，如都填写三班。
备注：导入时容易出现的问题及解决方法请请参考：3.1账号导入注意事项
11.一位教师担任多个班级教师，只有一个身份证号码，怎么办？
答：在导入教师模版中先为这位教师安排一个班进行导入，账号导入成功之后，在查看教师账号栏目中选中该位教师信息，点击修改，再点击添加按钮，为老师安排多个班级进行管理，点击保存后自动生成相应的账号。
备注：一位老师尽量不要安排担任多个班级的教师，避免课时上的冲突。
12.为什么不可以提供给班主任批量导入学生账号及删除学生账号的功能？
1、不提供删除功能，是考虑之前由于教师的误删除导致学生账号无故丢失，给学生使用及教师管理带来不变。（比如一个班级有两个班主任账号，或者存在分校与中心校老师班级重复的现象，管理比较混乱）
2、教师删除学生账号后，会影响校级基数，导致得分统计不准确。
3、将删除入口统一保留开放给校级管理员，若班级需要做人员删除，可以每月总结后，统一上报后进行操作，这样学校也可以具体考核操作的人员，保证学校得分及人员的准确。
备注：班主任可以单个增加班级学生账号

10、在外不到偏僻陌生的地方，也不到人多拥挤的地方，天黑不要独自外出。在外一定不要轻信陌生人，如果在外遇到危险和困难，一定要冷静应对，脱离险境后请迅速拨打110或向警察求助，事后一定要告知家长。
11、多了解一些防身安全的小常识，以备不时之需。
12、防雨防雷电，不在雷雨天外出。防泥石流防山洪，不在雨季前往山地河滩游玩。
暑期给家长们和孩子们的一些活动建议
按照城乡环境综合治理的要求，进一步巩固文明城市创建成果，各学校要开展好“爱卫生、讲文明”，“小手牵大手、文明一起走”等活动，号召广大青少年学生人人争做“城乡环境综合治理的参与者、除陋习树新风的宣传者、文明言行的传播者”。
假期中认真开展国学经典诵读、传唱优秀童谣、观看优秀影片等活动。在假期中，结合实际开展庆祝“七一”建党、“八一”建军、全民健身日等系列主题活动；在假期中继续开展感恩教育活动，培养学生修感恩之心、行感恩之举。
