  大马士革是叙利亚的首都,公元前2000年,阿拉美亚人来到这片土地建立了一个城邦国家。把这里称为“大马士革”,有“浇灌的家园”的意思。而家园里种的就是大马士革玫瑰。

  记者:大马士革玫瑰花儿?虽然我没见过这种花儿但我可知道它是洋花儿,咱们这里可不好找。

  大大马士革玫瑰属蔷薇科蔷薇属灌木植物。这种玫瑰花儿多以粉色为主,花瓣边缘颜色稍浅,开重瓣花,有绸缎般的质感。论相貌,大马士革玫瑰或许不是最娇艳、最靓丽的、最抢眼的玫瑰花。可是,为什么说这种玫瑰花儿一身金贵呢?

  记者:怎么跟您形容这个花儿的香味儿呢?很浓但是不裂,很香但是不俗,可以用两个字形容它:淡雅!

  原来这大马士革玫瑰不单单是用来观赏的,它是一种香料花卉植物。北京市房山区地处北纬40度左右,这里土壤肥沃,光照充足,不论是纬度还是气候条件都很适合大马士革玫瑰生长。春夏之交,种植园里的玫瑰花竞相开放,这不,一大早花农门就开始忙活起来了。

   种植户:我们早晨四五点钟到这儿来摘花儿。

  记者:为什么早晨来摘花?

  种植户:因为早晨有露水,摘的花儿特别新鲜。

  经过露水滋润的玫瑰花娇艳欲滴,香味更清新。

  记者:大姐,您一天能摘多少花儿啊?

  种植户:能摘这么一袋儿。

  记者:一袋子有多少?

  种植户:10公斤。

  记者:大姐跟我说这摘花千万不能把露水洒出来,如果洒出来了就没价值了。

  虽然大马士革玫瑰有一定观赏价值,但它不属于观赏性花卉,所以也就不销往花卉市场了。那么,它又如何谈得上金贵呢?

大马士革玫瑰种植简介

大马士革玫瑰之所以出名,在于它耐寒能力强:在气温5—30度都能正常生长。零下5度以下进入休眠,能够忍受零下15度的低温。开花数量多;开花色有白色、粉红色、浅粉色。易成活,收益高。大马士革玫瑰属蔷薇科落叶灌木,有的品种植株的高度有的可达2米,根系可达60厘米。今天就为大家介绍大马士革玫瑰种植技术。

大马士革玫瑰,开花期集中在每年5-6月,部分品种在10-11月也有开花。;单枝一次性放花5—10朵,分层次呈聚状,花勤花繁,此起彼伏,香味浓郁、纯正;生长旺盛,抗病力极强,肥沃、贫瘠的土壤都可正常生长。

大马士革玫瑰种植技术

(一)种植地的选择【大马士革玫瑰种植园,央视】

玫瑰属浅根系作物,根系正常深达40-60cm,种植地土层深厚较好,土壤结构疏松,地下水位低,排水良好,富含有机质的沙质土壤的山坡地或旱田,不要选在粘重土壤或低洼积水的地方。如果地下水位过高,必须想办法降低地下水位,深挖排水沟及时排水、做高畦。地势低洼、地下水位高常常会引起玫瑰烂根枯枝,影响开花。

在浙江和福建等南方城市宜采用深沟高畦的种植方法,在山东、河北和陕西等地降雨少的地区,宜采用浅沟平畦的种植方法。

种植土壤要求疏松通气、有机质丰富、微酸性、有团粒结构的土壤。土壤要求微酸性,pH值在5.5—6.8最好,碱性太强时用石膏改良,过酸时用生石灰改良。

(二)种植前的准备。

先进行土壤的深耕,再进行消毒。最简单的办法是曝晒。消毒完成后就可进行整畦了,先挖40cm的泡土,用铲子把畦上的泡土翻到沟上堆起,再挖20cm施基肥,主要秸杆、草粪等粗肥为主。基肥施好后盖上泡土,底肥施好后,就可合畦了。畦宽100—200cm,

玫瑰苗种植前要进行消毒。可以用0.3%或者0.5%的高锰酸钾兑水配制1:1500倍液,把玫瑰的根部放入消毒液中5秒钟迅速拿起,再种植。特别要注意不要把玫瑰的枝和叶放进消毒液中。否则会把玫瑰苗烧死。

栽植时间及方法:

1、定植要点是:花根向四周均衡地扩展。此外,定植的时候,绝对不能在覆盖玫瑰根的用土里加入肥料。定植以后,要充分浇足定根水。对于山坡地栽植,为了改善移植时山坡地泥土的状态,在移植部分地方挖坑,除去不好的泥土,在挖坑的地方,用混入腐叶土4成,干燥的经过发酵的农家肥2成做底肥,基肥施好后盖上泡土。

2、适合种植的月份:秋季10至11月份,春季3至5月份。

3、步骤准备用品:2只水桶、1只水盆、塑料手套、皮手套、剪枝剪、小铁铲、铁锹等。

4、主要步骤如下:

(1)小心仔细的除去保护材料,剪去1/3长左右的枝条,从底部剪除病枝和枯枝。修剪掉根部的1/4左右。

(2)把花根放入装满清水的水桶内,让根充分吸水30分钟---1小时,注意枝叶千万不要浸入水中。把花苗拿起根部浸入1500倍水的高锰酸钾溶液5秒钟,消毒后迅速拿起。如果不能及时种植,玫瑰根部要粘泥浆保湿。

(3)种植地为生土的要挖直径和深度均匀40- 50厘米左右的种植坑,上层20厘米左右土放一边准备用于覆盖玫瑰根。坡地种植株距1米,行距1.5米。农田种植株距1米,行距2米,每亩栽种300—400株。 种植压条玫瑰苗时,因压条玫瑰苗根系不发达,因此要玫瑰苗的根和根部以上30cm的部位同时斜埋在土内,这样可以提高成活率。

(4)浇定根水应在花苗的周围挖浇水用的沟渠(称为水沟或水盆)。也就是在花苗的周围挖一个圆圈(距离花苗的主杆20厘米左右)或用漫灌的方法,一定要在浇水完成后再在花苗的根部再覆盖一层土,防止玫瑰苗根部表层土板结。以后浇水就看情况而定,一般等表土稍干才能进行。

(五)整枝修剪和更新:

玫瑰为多年生花卉,在漫长的生长过程中,适度的修剪可使植株生长旺盛,并维持美观的株形。若不加以修剪,任枝条生长衰老,则花朵会渐减少,而株形也相当难看。

1、整形修剪

整形修剪的目的一是养壮植株;二是培养株型;三是更新主枝;四是决定花期。其中养壮植株主要疏枝疏蕾。

培养株型应在幼苗时苗基选三根主枝为第一层,第一层每根主枝长出两根为第二层,再引导第二层长出第三层。

主枝更新主要利用基部以上3-5厘米抽发的强壮枝。

决定花期主要借助于修剪的时期和部位。玫瑰品种不同,开花要求的气温也不同。从修剪至开花之间温度越高,间隔的时间就越短。

另外,修剪时所留芽位越低,开花也就会越迟,大约会有几天的差异。

修剪要将主干剪至距地面80厘米左右,保留一年生健壮新技,留芽要向外侧。

2、剥芽疏蕾

及时剥除植株基部及内膛交叉重叠不孕花蕾的幼芽。

第一年种植的小苗期应及时除去所有的花蕾,使植株有充分的营养积累,并在基部形成生长旺盛的充实枝条,以培养成花枝。

基部抽生出的粗壮更新枝长出的花蕾及盛夏时开的无商品价值的花都应及时摘除,以集中养分培养树势。

玫瑰定植后当年就会开花,但过早开花对植株不利,而且花的质量也差,所以要常摘除花蕾,不让开花。定植后一年产花为好。

玫瑰在整个生育期都要把细弱枝及产花长度不够的枝压下,压枝要尽量向下,以突出顶枝生长优势,采取边扭边压的方法。压枝后太密的话就疏剪一些,营养枝最多保持两层。春季清除桔枝败叶、杂草等,夏季赶快压新枝,每年在采摘鲜花结束后对开花枝条进行一次修剪,有促进玫瑰开更多更好的花。 将玫瑰开过花的枝条剪去1/2长度,其切口必须平整,并与腋芽呈45°平行。

另外枯枝、徒长枝、病枝、老枝及交缠的枝条也应剪去,以保持通风良好,并维美好株形。 经过适度修剪的玫瑰会再长出新枝,新枝上会着生花蕾,并且再度开花。

(四)定植后的水肥土及苗木管理:

有机玫瑰定植后,必须坚持"三分栽,七分管",认真作好田间管理施肥,种植时应施足底肥。玫瑰开花多,需肥量大,生长期最好多次施肥,5月摘花后,及时追肥,以促夏季壮苗和秋季花盛。秋末应控制施肥,以防秋梢过旺受到霜冻。春季开始展叶时新根大量生长,不能施用浓肥,以免新根受损,影响生长。 施肥时可配合除草,并稍微松土,将使玫瑰生长得更良好。

在玫瑰休眠的冬季,往泥土里埋入有机肥。离玫瑰树冠的投影也就是树冠边缘滴水的地方挖20-30厘米深的土沟,根断了一点也没有关系。每株一次性放入堆肥或颗粒状有机肥500-600克,要不遗漏地均匀的施肥。这样的话,就没有必要特别去追肥了。

夏季的肥料,是按照冬季肥料的半量来施加。因玫瑰正处于生长发育期,不要挖像冬季挖的那样深的土沟,而是稀稀落落地撒在土的表面,与周围的泥土充分混合。要是挖深坑的话,就有可能损伤吸取水分和养分的根部,要加以注意。

生物肥料施用方法:对高肥力的土壤,使用微生物菌剂可以减少有机肥施用量。施用时采用蘸根、追肥,每亩用量0.5-20kg。对需肥量大或肥力不足的土壤,采用与有机肥料混合施用,亩施50-100公斤。如作土壤改良剂施用,每亩150~250公斤,应先将肥料均匀撒于地面,然后犁耙翻压,使之与土壤充分混合效果更佳。

注意事项:生物肥料不可与各类杀菌剂混合或同时施用

一般的修剪原则如下:

具体步骤:

1、使用锐利的剪定铗,修剪的位置宜在芽的上方1cm处,以呈45°角为宜。

2、玫瑰植株的中心部位宜充分开展,以保持瓶状为宜,可促进空气流通,同时减少疾病的发生。

3、剪除患病枝条。

4、剪除任何不定芽。

5、剪除虚弱的徒长枝,并恢复植株原有的外观。

6、修剪宜在冬末或早春进行,即生长期之前。

7、强剪适合10年生玫瑰。

8、修剪的安全界限是剪至枝条中心出现白色为止,通常,褐色的中心表示是死亡的枝条。 花期整枝:例如5月开花,修剪应在立春前后进行。10月份出花,修剪应在8月份进行。

到5-6月,10-11月份,玫瑰花开始盛开。玫瑰花花朵在半开状时就要采摘。因为此时的花朵含油量最高。

(六)日常如何管理玫瑰:

玫瑰花性喜温暖、日照充足、空气流通、排水良好的环境,对土壤要求不严。大多数品种最适合温度,白昼为15℃~26℃,晚上为10℃~15℃。

夏季温度持续35℃以上时,即进入半休眠,部分大马士革品种虽也能孕蕾,但花小瓣少,因此,在夏季我们必须把花蕾掐掉,以利于积蓄养分促进秋季多开花开好花,并增加产量。在玫瑰园要适当套种其他树木遮阴。

玫瑰从3月份发芽到11月份,相继日出新芽,孕育花蕊。其原动力正是水和养分(肥料)。特别是水,在向植物输送养分的同时,水占生物体的绝大部分。因此,是非常重要的。作为水分供给之源的根长得越丰富健全,玫瑰花就长得越好。

管理主要注意事项:

那些即使泥土没有变干也浇水,或每天都浇少量水之类的方法,往往造成水分过剩,花根因为不需要生长就可以吸水,因此,反而变得贫弱,情况严重时还会引起根的腐烂。

栽前在种植坑内底肥中适量施入磷肥,定植后第一次浇水务必浇透。要经常观察,及时松土,发现玫瑰根裸露要及时覆土。追肥每次采花后施一次即可。

(1)苗体管理:定植前没有进行修剪的可适当修剪.

(2)成活率检查与补栽:对于人为的损伤造成的死苗,一般再及时补栽,以保全苗。

(3)培土:春季解冻后或秋季落叶后,在植株周围培厚10厘米左右的新土。

(七)病虫害的防治。

有机玫瑰病虫害的防治应该以防为主,在还没有大面积发生的时候及时防治。在大面积发生时应该使用生物农药,绝对不准使用剧毒农药和高残留农药。在玫瑰园里适当保留一定的植被让害虫的天敌(益虫)栖息,从而达到以虫治虫的目的。

大马士革系列玫瑰是举世公认的香气最好的玫瑰品种,几百年来从来没有任何一个玫瑰品种可以挑战其地位。大马士革系列玫瑰之所以倍受晴睐,主要是其香型属于国际香型。我们知道:玫瑰香(气或香)型主要是由其鲜花内所含芳香物质的成分及其各种成分所占的比重所决定的。研究发现:玫瑰鲜花中所含芳香物质主要是由香茅醇、香叶醇、苯乙醇、橙花醇等数以百计的芳香醇类物质(以及数量众多的酯、醚和玫瑰蜡)等组成。研究发现:玫瑰鲜花中所含芳香物质的种类有400~500种以上。现已探明的有370余种。根据兰州大学的研究发现:大马士革系列玫瑰鲜花中主要芳香物质种类及含量如下表所示:

通过以上资料可以知道,构成玫瑰花香气的物质种类非常多,且因各种芳香物质所占的比例不同而不相同。虽然玫瑰生长的自然环境条件的不同及玫瑰精油的提取技术等方面的差异对玫瑰鲜花中不同芳香物质的含量会有一定的影响。但由于不同品种之间玫瑰鲜花中所含芳香物质的种类及配比差异非常大,所以,一般情况下环境之间的差异和提取技术等方面的差异仅会影响同一玫瑰品种的玫瑰精油的品质,不会改变其香型。因此,大马士革系列玫瑰依靠其独特的香(气)型,垄断世界香精香料市场已经有数百年的历史了。虽然,国内、外育种学家长期以来都希望培育出超越大马士革系列玫瑰香(气)型的玫瑰新品种,但至今仍未成功。本人自1996年开始,专门从事玫瑰新品种的选育及研究工作并取得了大量研究成果。

研究发现,到目前为止,人们仍不清楚大马士革系列玫瑰的起源,其父、母本仍没有定论。鉴于大马士革系列玫瑰的这种特性,要想通过杂交育种的方式复制并培育出超越大马士革系列玫瑰品质的玫瑰新品种十分困难。

另外,本人在长期从事大马士革系列玫瑰研究的过程中,发现大马士革系列玫瑰在自然界的分化(变异株出现)的几率比较高。许多大马士革系列玫瑰的种植基地都会有一些变异株出现。下面是几种常见的大马士革No.01玫瑰的变异类型:
