Ladies and gentleman:
Good afternoon,everyone
Thank you for coming to this election campaign today. With the trust and complete support of my team, I am delighted to announce that I am running for chairwoman of the Students Union.
As we all know, the purpose of Students Union in our university is for students and serves students. I guess everyone in our university wants to have friendly social circles, exquisite campus, various students’ activities and interesting games. They are nice wishes that belong to
students, and formidable duties that are taken over by the Students Union. But in achieving all these above, we have to establish a strong team in Students Union to organize, as I can see, and you are eager to take part in the sea of joy. Students Union is actually a powerful organization for what they do for the convenience of every student in our university, which has set an excellent example for other students’ organizations and prevails in the competition with them. But we all should notice that, in order to keep its vitality and energy, the Students Union needs an awesome president as a leader to plan, to arrange, to organize and to supervise every detail of tasks, games and activities, and he would be on duty from the second he is selected by you, sensible and wise student.
Having experienced two years in Students Union, I have become mature and seasoned enough to continue in the more and more severe challenges no matter how difficult it is. As a diligent woman with pleasant personality, I have been always considered to be a good team member. Meanwhile, as a big fan of sports, I fully realize the importance of teamwork and advocate the spirit of being quicker and stronger. I possess strong determination to take firm steps toward achieving the objectives of my team. In addition, my working experience with the Student Union in the past two years will be extremely helpful to my future work here if I get elected.
What’s more, I am always a responsible woman whatever the situation is. My sense of responsibility has shown in my work, and could be also proved by my prize for my contribution that I have made during the period in Students Union. If you are in hesitation to select a good
president, do not omit me as long as you remember me and my previous performance. No one has given his heart and soul to Students Union more than I have. Unhappily, sometimes you might be blinded by those people who want to grab your trust by speaking sugared words. But I am not a liar, and to lie is not my style. You can trust me, and I would testify my responsibility and carefulness in the days that follow. A sign of a really strong organization is that it can change its leadership without hindering its progress and without damaging its values. If I am elected, I believe I
have the ability to lead the Union to advance in the right direction. I will cooperate well with my fellow members of the Union and take innovative measures, including establishing a student-information center, forming a teacher-student-friendship association, to make the Union a true assistance to students' study and life here as well as a bridge of communication between teachers and students.
I wish you could give me a chance to lead Students Union and create more wonders for you. I wish you could make a right decision.

Last Friday，the Students’ Union of our Department organized a clean-up project to Zhongshan Lake. The purpose of this project is to enhance the environment awareness of general public. Late in the afternoon around 4， a group of 35 volunteers went to the park where we pick up the trash left by some tourists. As head of the group， I would like to report to you on the event.
Actually，we did a wonderful job. When we were collecting the trash near the lake， many people paused to watch and then came to our help， showing considerable appreciation and support. But our work still left some to be desired. For one thing， since our project started late in the afternoon， hours were not long enough to attract enough people as we had predicted. For the other， lots of people passed by apparently not knowing what we were doing. But for these two drawbacks， our project could have been much better and more effective.
So，following are two of my suggestions： next time we have similar activities， try to start earlier， say in the morning. In this case we can put in more hours. And also， as we are getting along， we can put up some posters to tell people what we are doing and call their attention to environment protection. Thank you.

办公室，作为社联不可分割的一部分，基本的职能有保管办公室财物，收发整理资料，申请教室设备，做好各项活动后勤工作等，以保证社联各项工作的正常开展，而另一方面，办公室作为社联的纽带，也起到了强化各部门联系与协调的枢纽作用。作为办公室主任，不同于现在的小干事，更增加了一份责任和挑战，需要认真配合协调完成学生会办公室的各项工作，为此，我有以下几点设想：
一．自身建设
作为一名干部，首先要明确自己的责任，摆正自己的态度，以饱满的热情和积极的心态对待每一件事，做上传下达的工作。要及时有质量的做好老师和主席团布置的各项工作，并及时反馈：做好干事的组织发动的工作，及时有效完成各项工作。有什么意见或建议也要及时与上级沟通，勇于提出自己的看法，为社联的发展而努力。
二.团队建设
一座大厦不可能只由一根柱子来支撑。正所谓众人拾柴火焰高，一个人的能力是有限的，要想搞好一个组织，就得分工合作，结合团队的最大力量，进而更好的建设院社联办公室，从而使院社联得到更好的发展！首先，做好开学后纳新的宣传活动，吸引更多的人才加入，我会对新一届的干事进行思想教育，让他们明确自己的责任，摆正自己的工作态度，同时，也将自己的学习工作经验与他们分享，举办一些趣味丰富的活动，让他们尽快的融入到学生会温暖的大家庭来。其次，我希望采取小组负责制等方式，分工合作，让每一个干事都有机会参与到办公室的工作中，得到锻炼与提升。
三．加强部门间交流
正如之前所说，办公室作为学生会联系各部门的纽带，部门间交流沟通是必不可少的。除了采取部门联谊等方式，也可以与各部门负责人沟通，在适当的时候互相派干事到其他部门参与工作，这样，不仅能给干事更多锻炼的机会，也有利于部门沟通。几个部门也可以多举办一些活动，让大家有更多机会共同合作，相互了解。
四．规章制度
正所谓没有规矩，不成方圆。作为一个部门，规章制度是必要的，不是为了约束人，而是为了让大家在更加公平合理的环境中工作，如采取签到制度，每次重要会议等进行签到，作为以后优秀干事评比依据的一部分。
我明白，现在的自己仍有些不足，如经验不足，毕竟加入社联不久，有很多东西还需要学习、磨练，各方面的经验还得努力获取；办事不够主动，有时会有点小迷糊，但我相信，在学长学姐领导下，我一定会认真地做事，让自己不断成长，不断成熟。“驽马十驾，功在不舍”，在以后的工作中我会以一个全新的积极姿态投入工作，让自己“行动”起来！

大家好！非常感谢院团委能给我这次展现自我的机会。首先请允许我自我介绍，我叫***，来自*****系*****专业，我性格活泼、开朗，处事沉着、有责任心、热爱学习。在过去的一年里，曾先后获得二等奖学金、三等奖学金各一次，并荣获第二十四期入党积极分子、优秀团员、暑期社会实践积极分子、暑期实践先进个人等荣誉称号(可以吹，没事,但是不能太过)。今天我很荣幸的站在这里表达我自己的愿望：“我要竞选社团中心办公室主任这一职务，我承诺将认真、负责的完成领导和同学们交给我们的任务，使社团中心成为学校的得力助手和同学们信赖的组织。
社团中心是有一定章程并由不同社团组成的综合性团体，是院团委的得力助手，办公室更是身团中心的一个重要分支，他的任务是上传下达，在老师和同学间起着纽扣的作用，在部门间起着协调的作用。虽然我在办公室只一学期，但我对办公室有着充分的了解和有着很浓厚的兴趣，再加上我在办公室做了一学期的助理，已熟悉了办公室内所有的职能，知道怎样动员一切可以团结的力量，怎样提拔和运用人才，怎样处理好学习和工作之间的关系。
在办公室工作的一学期里，我也参加策划了一些活动，像“迎新”活动、“百花齐放”社团巡展和社团工作交流会等活动。这一路走来，我学会了不少、懂得了不少、也成熟了不少。我从一开始只会按上级的要求办事到现在可以独立的组织策划许多活动，由不会到会，不好到好。现在工作起来觉得得心应手、游刃有余。遇到问题敢放开思想大胆的想，积极的同别人讨论。不仅如此，我更深知团队工作的重要性，一的人的能力是有限的，只有在集体中才能得到个人的更好发展，要想使社团能够高效的运作，就必须得结合团队的力量。 假如我能成功的竞选为办公室主任，对于我个人我会进一步的提高自己的各方面素质，进一步的提高自己的工作激情，以饱满的热情和积极的心态对待每一件事情。我还会进一步的提高自己的工作责任心，在工作中大胆创新、锐意进取。对于办公室，我将重点做好以下几点：

在本学期开学之初， 我社团部配合外国语学院学生会负责了09级新生的迎新工作，为大批外国语学院09级新生提供了周到的服务，多名新生顺利报到入学。维持了09届招新工作井然有序地进行，使招新工作取得了圆满成功。
二、招新篇从开学起，我社团部就开始进入部门的招新筹划工作，前期紧锣密鼓地配合学生会进行了招新的海报宣传、报名表发放的工作，吸引了一批有能力有志向的09级新生参与我社团部的部委竞选活动。从9月中下旬起，我社团部开始进入正式招新的面试工作，经过面试后，从竞选者中确定了5名新部委的人选，从而为部门注入了新鲜的血液，壮大了部门的力量。为接下来我社团部开展的一系列活动打下了根基。
三、活动篇 (一)法语协会成立大会在11月的伊始，我社团部在蓝老师的指导下制定了《南昌大学外国语学院社团管理条例》，用以规范我院社团的正常活动。11月28日晚7时,我院法语协会的成立大会暨第一次会员大会在外经楼505室召开。在会上，法语外教Pierre和大家进行交流。他询问了大家法语学习的近况，提出了一些学习意见并介绍了法语专业学生的就业情况。根据活动后的咨询，许多同学对法语协会的期望相当之高，并希望法语协会可以继续开展各种不同类型的活动。
(二)法语讲堂法语讲堂每隔一个星期会在外经楼的教室里面举行。法语讲堂的宗旨是让每个来法语讲堂的会员能够在讲堂上听到自己能够听懂，对自己有用的知识。讲堂上会涉及到法语四级考试的内容，能对我院法语系的同学在考四级的时候有所帮助，寓教于乐。
(三)社刊法语协会第一期的社刊得到很大的成功。社刊有电子档和纸质版，纸质版的社刊在做好后会让部委发到每个社员手中。社刊上介绍了法国的电影、名人、歌曲和法语的语法知识，既有放松身心的内容，同时也不忘学习，一举两得。社刊的反响也很不错。
四、经验和不足本学期，社团部较好的做到了社团与学院的交流沟通工作。使得社团工作与学生会工作相互协调配合，达到了预期的目的。
但是，本部工作还存在一定不足之处，上传下达信息不够及时，与学生会其他部门联系沟通不是很紧密，以后还需在这些方面予以加强。相信在外国语学院学生会的正确领导下，我社团部的明天会更加美好!
