I’m very proud that I have chosen to speak to you all today, I’m a bit nervous as I’ve never made a speech before to so many people ,so please forgive me if it shows.
As we all know,the environmemt around us is getting worse and worse .In some places we can’t see fish swimming in the river or trees on the hills. Some people even have no clean water to drink. So I think we must do something to protect the environment. .But what can we do? How to protect our environmemt? For example, we can go to school on foot or by bike . we can use shopping basskets not plastic bags .when we go shopping and we can use both sides of the paper when we write .In a word ,if everyone pays more attention to our environment ,there will be less pollution and our life will be better.
“There is only one earth”,I hope everyone will protect our environment well. Thanks!

The earth scale change of climate has brought a new kind of natural disaster and the developed and complicated city system is holding a latent risk of expanding the damage artificially. Also people has been spoiling the health since the immense quantity of chemicals have been produced and already used in pursuit of convenience and various toxic substances have been produced unintentionally and accumulated in environment. Therefore, We need some countermeasures from the viewpoint to prevent the city
environment form disaster and to manage environmental risks. So we will develop and improve a new risk management system and a disaster
prevention system to preserve and create the city environment where people feel easy and sound in their life.

Some people believe that economic development should never be at the cost of the environment. They think the present serious environmental problems are largely caused by rapid?economic development. For example, land resources are shrinking because of the industrial development and the expansion of cities. Deserts are spreading because of over grazing, poor fanning, tree cutting, and strip mining. Our air and water supplies are being polluted by poisonous gassesand waste products. It is important, therefore, that we should take another look at the way in which our industries and cities are developing. However, other people think it unnecessary to consider
environmental problems now and our first priority should always be given to economic development. They believe that environmental problems are
inevitable and unavoidable in the process of economic development. They are only the by products of economic development, which can be dealt with later when we have the time and money.
I think the second idea is completelywrong. Our ultimate aim in economic
development is to provide a comfortable and happy life for our people. What is the point of economic development if we achieve it at the cost of our
environment? There has been much evidence to prove that a balance between the two helps more rapid and continuous development.

and went over to have a look carefully. i found that there was a big pile of banana
skins giving out the smell.just then a young fell ow holding a dustpan rubbish to
walk towards here . he raised his hands, the big pile of rubbish was here. at once
i went to him and said “uncle , you can’t do like this . these things will rot very
soon. it’s bad for our health and make the people fall ill.” however ,the man said
“everyone does so ,who falls ill,who will see the doctor.” looking at this , i remembered another act : there is a stream through our village.
over it there are two bridges .at the age of seven years old , i enjoyed the beautiful
scenery under the bridge very much. it was the best place to swim in summer. but now
the rubbish was getting more and more .dish leaves,fruit skins,dead ducks and
chickens?.after rotting ,not only the mosquitos flew around but also the bad smell
made everyone feel quite terrible.though the stream was cleaned up several times,
it’s still happening now. a lot of plastic bags always float on it .in summmer we
have to go far away from the village to swim. what causes this? who is the devil?it’s the human ourselves. i have got to known
from a book .the rubbish in the countryside mostly occupies the fields and damages
the earth’s surface .it pollutes soil,wave ,atmosphere and damages our health. the
adults often say “the body is capital.” but why are they able to make woollen cloth
like this ? does it affect everybody’s safe and sound life ? schoolmates, we are the host of society tomorrow . it’s our duty to improve and
build the safe invironment. safety is in our hands .we must take park in more
environmental protection activities, plant more trees and flowers to make us live
in a beautiful home with the blue sky ,blue water and green land forever. safety is in our hands . please try your best to tell people around you to deal
with the rubbish , and to make a contribution to building our safe hometome . my dear teachers，fellow students and friends： good afternoon． as we all know, the earth is a planet almost covered by water，and it is water
made every thing on the earth lively．water is also one of the important part of our
environment．though，is there really so much water for us to clean，to produce many
things，to play with? how much water are there on the earth then? most of the water is in the oceans or locked away as ice．the largest volumes
of fresh water are stored underground as groundwater，imagine there is only one barrel

the unique earth is the only planet full of lives, the water is just like the
blood in the active body, protecting water is saving ourselves. not to waste a single
drop of water, otherwise, the only drop of water we could keep in the future would
be our tear!
my dear friends, mankind still faces a great difficulty in solving the problems
of the environment and development, and there is a grand task to perform and along
way to go. the middle school students in china will always cooperate with the young

With the developing of technology and industry, we produce more and more pollution to the environment, especially in our developing country. As is known to us all, recently, many areas in China appeared a massive haze weather, which caused people have to go out with a face mask. Moreover, this phenomenon even caused the widespread attention at home and abroad, and also gave us a warning again. In addition, extreme weather, continual and countless species disappearing, global warming and so on, these all remind us of the urgency of the environment protection.
Problems are there already, so what should we do in order to improve the situation?
We are just some students, we couldn’t make something especially big contribution for the environment, but we can firstly compose up in our environment, from protecting school’s environment, for example: obey the regulation forbidding chaos to throw away various waste, avoid using the drink up, mess tin, plastic bags for one time merely…such can
cut down rubbish greatly and also do good to the environment in many aspects.
Although these being minor matter at above, but if everybody gets to do, set about from saving resource and falling off contaminating at once, we are likely to be to protect the earth making a contribution out.
As the teenagers who taking knowledge now, we ought to protect environment right now. Save the resource, protect environment, act as the young host who protects the earth!

Everybody Can Help The Environment
We all know Tagore.This famous Indian poet once said, “Life is given to us, and we earn it by giving it.” As the saying goes, nature is given to us, and we earn it by contributing to it. However, most people nowadays just want to ask for more from the nature. In fact, they do very little contribution to the nature. Therefore, the environment around us is becoming worse and worse.
Do you often use batteries? Then do you know it takes 50 times more energy to make them than they produce? And just one simple battery can pollute as much water as a person can drink in his whole life. The facts and figures are amazing. So would you please try to use batteries only when it is necessary? If possible, give the used ones to the recycling companies so that they will be made into new ones and won’t be able to pollute the environment any more. Sometimes we become complacent when it comes to recycling, but when you speak in terms of actual facts and figures that everybody can understand, people become much clearer about the problem.
We, as school students, can also join in recycling activities to protect the environment. For example, our class set up a recycling center beside the back door, it is very useful. It is used to collect the waste paper and plastic bottles. In the past, our classmates used to throw all of these into the trashcan. At the very beginning of this collecting activity, it was not so warm-welcomed. Later, more and more people were influenced by the others and joined this collecting activity. Gradually, all the students in our class form a good habit to protect the environment. All of us will now put away the reusable things instead of throwing them into the trashcan.
We should always remember in our mind that protecting the environment is our duty that we can never neglect. Finally would you please let me end this speech with a little poem, “Be kind to the river. On a Saturday morning. I went to have breakfast. I felt there was a terrible smell and went over to have a look carefully. I found that there was a big pile of banana skins giving out the smell.Just then a young fell ow holding a dustpan rubbish to walk towards here . He raised his hands, The big pile of rubbish was here. At once I went to him and said “Uncle , you can’t do like this . These things will rot very soon. It’s bad for our health and make the people fall ill.” However ,the man said “Everyone does so ,who falls ill,who will see the doctor.”
Looking at this , I remembered another act : There is a stream through our village. Over it there are two bridges .At the age of seven years old , I enjoyed the beautiful scenery under the bridge very much. It was the best place to swim in summer. But now the rubbish was getting more and more .Dish leaves,fruit skins,dead ducks and chickens….after rotting ,not only the mosquitos flew around but also the bad smell made everyone feel quite terrible.Though the stream was cleaned up several times, it’s still happening now. A lot of plastic bags always float on it .In summmer we have to go far away from the village to swim.
What causes this? Who is the devil?It’s the human ourselves. I have got to known from a book .The rubbish in the countryside mostly occupies the fields and damages the earth’s surface .It pollutes soil,wave ,atmosphere and damages our health. The adults often say “The body is capital.” But why are they able to make woollen cloth like this ? Does it affect everybody’s safe and sound life ?
Schoolmates, we are the host of society tomorrow . It’s our duty to improve and build the safe invironment. Safety is in our hands .We must take park in more environmental protection activities, Plant more trees and flowers to make us live in a beautiful home with the blue sky ,blue water and green land forever.
Safety is in our hands . Please try your best to tell people around you to deal with the rubbish , and to make a contribution to building our safe hometome .

As we all know, the earth is a planet almost covered by water，and it is water made every thing on the earth lively．Water is also one of the important part of our environment．Though，is there really so much water for us to clean，to produce many things，to play with? how much water are there on the earth then?
Most of the water is in the oceans or locked away as ice．The largest volumes of fresh water are stored underground as groundwater，imagine there is only one barrel of water in the world，then there is only a spoon of it on the land，and the water we can use is only a drop of it．Now I have to remind all of you here that the single drop of water is never as Clean as before，it has been polluted severely by our human beings．
There is a very beautiful river in Paris．It is the Seine，it runs across the City，people drink coffee, chat on the bank in the day，at night，they enjoy the beautiful scenery in the boat，songs from the river fly into the Sky made the river more attractive, the Seine is a famous symbol of France；on the west coast of pacific ocean there lies the modern City Shanghai，another river which used to be a very important transportation route runs through the center of the city，people respected and regard it as"mother"．It is the"suzhou river，but l believe that few of you would sit beside it，people will be scattered by the terrible smell of water when walk by．I have to say it is extremely dirty! And we all know that a lot of beautiful rivers in the world also are Sharing the same fate with suzhou river． Who is the devil? I can't help asking．
Many human activities and their by-products have the potential to pollute water. Please have a look along the banks of the river, large and small industrial enterprises discharge dirty water, tons of garbage were thrown into the river, the water contained so much that it can't clean itself. Compared with the dramatic development in many sides of Shanghai, the suzhou river has become a black point of the appearance of city.
Fortunately, the government has control the situation now, we are happy to see some parts of the river has become clean again, and we even can find fish sometime.
The unique earth is the only planet full of lives, the water is just like the blood in the active body, protecting water is saving ourselves. Not to waste a single drop of water, otherwise, the only drop of water we could keep in the future would be our tear!
My dear friends, mankind still faces a great difficulty in solving the problems of the environment and development, and there is a grand task to perform and along way to go. The middle school students in China will always cooperate with the young people of the wor
ld to protect the environment.

Mother Nature is an exquisite and complex life-system. It's charm appears in the trees, stream, soil, insects, moss and fungus, all the things on the earth in different shapes, which are interdependent. When you get close to nature, please remember, each tree, stone and species of animals here has lived harmoniously for hundreds, thousands or even millions of years. When we pass away, they will continue to live. They are the real masters, while we are just the passer-by. However, the conduct we unconsciously do, such as picking, lumbering, tramping and abusing can probably destroy the balance of their life. Therefore, we must reduce our bad influence as much as possible. While you are enjoying the nature, do not forget please, the beauty of the lives also needs to be concerned with and to be protected.
Each life on the earth has a long and touching evolutionary story. From the origin, the lives of the human being are equal to those of others; they both are the composing parts of Mother Nature. Nevertheless, for some inexplicable reasons, the human becomes the spirits of all creatures. Of course, it is the result of the evolution, but still we should be grateful to all our companions in nature for the opportunity they offer.
In spite of this, humans cannot live without earth. They live on the earth, drink the sweet water, and enjoy the sunshine, the air, the sky, the fruit; the grains utilize the energy and so on. In a word, the human being cannot live without nature, and Mother Nature makes us grow stronger.
I do not like the word "Pet", but preferring the word "Animal" instead. I have been loving animal since I was just a little boy. When thinking of the "Pet Fashion", I always feel much annoyed. For the animals will be given a shackle and lose their liberty if they become someone's pets. Their natural attribution can be deprived, too.
Up to now, relying on their scientific power, the human have opened up too much and over developed nature, in order to fill up their growing appetites of wealth. They destroy the balance of nature, however, they don't realize, their own development and existence will be threatened. Therefore, our sights should be focused on nature and we should try to develop the concept of "keeping human and nature in unity".
We should lay emphasis on our education with consider cultural and natural emotion. To use the vivid example to wake up the conscience in people's hearts.
To love nature is to love our mankind. As the new generation who enter the new century, we should make efforts to love and respect nature, to treat it well and protect it. At last, we have the night to enjoy it.

我叫××，来自中国人寿保险股份有限公司××分公司。今天我演讲的题目是“打造一流的银行保险业务网点”。
中国人寿保险股份有限公司是拥有50多年发展历史的专业化商业寿险公司。在2002年公司的保费收入高达1287.19亿元。占中国寿险市场份额的56.59%。同年成为中国内地唯一一家进入全球500强的保险企业。年12月，中国人寿股份有限公司成为国内首家在香港、纽约同时上市的金融企业。这些都充分显示了中国人寿的辉煌。
我在今年5月初加入公司中介业务部，虽然参加工作时间较短，但是经过省公司的一系列培训与学习，对中国人寿股份有限公司奉行“成已为人，成人达已”的核心理念，以及“诚信为本，稳健经营”的企业的宗旨，有了深刻的理解，同时也加深了我对银行保险业务的了解。所谓的银保业务就是：银行与保险公司之间开展的一系列业务交叉和合作。客户进入银行就可通过银保业务获得家庭的综合理财建议，办理保单迁移等手续。这样客户可以享受到各种优质的金融服务；保险公司则可以扩大产品销售，同时减低经营成本；而银行则提高了客户忠诚度，增加了利润来源。这就是所说的“三赢”，也是银行保险产生的最主要原因。
我经营的银行保险业务网点是××县农行城关分理处，该分理处位于城关镇解放街十字路口，位与商业区与居民区之间，东邻县委大院，北靠商业步行街，地理位置较好。该网点设有6个储蓄窗口，共有员工21名，年青人占大部分，思维方式灵活，接受新鲜事物较快。
由于去年××农行城关分理处与保险公司有过银保业务，有较好的合作基础，那么如何充分发挥它已有的优势，将国寿的产品很快的推销出去，创造一流的银行保险业绩，打造一流的银行保险业务网点呢？在工作实践中，我深深认识到做好以下二个方面工作至关重要：
1、建立双向服务理念。虽然银行已经与保险公司合作多年，但是一些客观方面的原因使一部分银行员工对代理保险业务所）产生的预期效应仍缺乏足够的认识，对保险代理业务的积极性不高，造成了双方业务融洽度不高，相互促动性不强的状况。有些银行员工甚至错误的认为：“保险公司求银行卖保险”。为此我采取各种不同的方式与银行员工进行沟通，比如：打电话聊聊天、出来喝喝茶、一起逛逛街、一起吃饭等等，以此加深了解，建立信任，让银行员工充分认识到自身在代理业务过程中的地位和作用，使银行员工明白银行保险业务不仅是银行中间业务收入的一个来源，而且也是银行业务的一个重要组成部分，更是现代银行多样化经营的必由之路，关系到每一个员工的切实利益。这样就使银行员工更好的了解银行保险业务，支持银行保险工作，从而与银行员工建立牢固的双向服务理念。
2、提高自身素质。保险公司的银行客户经理是保险公司联系银行和客户的纽带,他(她)不仅仅只局限于对银行网点资源开拓，同时还肩负着网点的维护与专业指导,其素质高低至关重要。为此我不断加强理论学习，了解各种不同的产品品质，熟练掌握各种产品的术语，遇到不懂的问题，虚心向公司中介部的其他客户经理请教，提高自身业务素质，为更好的开展业务打下坚实的基础。

总结在回顾这半年工作之前，我首先要感谢人保财险，感谢人保财险给我的机会，感谢人保财险江门分公司和××支公司各级领导对我工作的支持和生活上的关照，也很感谢人保财险同事们对我的支持和帮助。
自××年7月8日，我和中大的两个同事坐福哥的车来到江门，下午就和××支公司车险部经理李刚来到××支公司。
在××支公司7-10三个月在意外险部学习。在这期间主要是跟意外险部办公室里的两个同事学习，熟悉内务。主要学习：承保，保单录入，理赔，填写保险单等一系列工作。很多人认为是“打杂”的工作，这可不是一般的“打杂”的工作，这可是让我知道了很多工作中必须了解，必须知道，必须清楚的东西，因为这些工作的处理好坏，直接影响到我们对客户服务的质量。而且，意外险部经理卓健雄在工作中也给予了我很大的关心和支持，也给了我很多去一线承保，查勘，定损等学习的机会。
转眼间三个月过去了，××年10月1日后，我被安排到非车险部学习，一直到现在。在非车险主要也是了解整个部门工作的程序，各种内务工作的操作，并也进行了一些简单的操作：承保，续保，理赔等。得到了部门同事和非车险经理李继雄经理的大力支持和帮助。而且，得到了很多去一线学习查勘，定损，理赔，承保等的学习机会，让我受益很多，得到很多锻炼的机会。并且得到李继雄经理一些工作中的指导和处理事情的方法，尤其是工作中我做的不足时，李经理的严肃指导，使我真正体会到自己懂得的东西太少了，有待提高的东西太多了。也正是在平常工作中得到了这么多人的关心和帮助，逐渐地让我有了一个更加全面的视野，更加专业的为客户服务的方式。
以前，我总以为自己对保险很了解，很懂，但经过这半年在意外险和非车险的学习，让我更加理解到“保险”这两个字的内涵。感觉到做个真正的“保险人”真的很不容易，因为他要求我们具备各方面的知识，要有敏锐的市场洞察力，要有一颗敢于面对失败挫折的心，而且要有坚持学习提升自己的能力等等。
经过这半年的学习后，我感觉我的头脑更清晰了，目标更明确了，希望自己能充分发挥自己的能力，为人保，为中国保险贡献自己的一点力量。再次感谢人保财险各级领导对我工作的支持和帮助，感谢身边同事的支持----因为是你们让我更成熟，更专业。

上午好！按照省政府的要求，经县政府研究决定，我们在这里专门召开“农村小额人身保险推进会议”，不套会、不讲其他内容，其目的在于扩大农村地区保险覆盖面，提高农村人群人身保险水平，增强农村家庭抵御自然灾害和意外事故的能力。在此，我代表县委、县政府对中国人寿支公司在我县开展小额保险产品业务，表示热烈欢迎，县政府将给与大力支持。刚才经理已经就农村小额人身保险工作作了详细的解读，通俗易懂，便于操作。下面，我就农村小额人身保险工作讲三点意见。
一、统一思想，充分认识农村小额人身保险工作的重要意义
党的全会指出，农村、农业、农民问题关系着党和国家事业发展全局。县委、县政府也一直高度重视“三农”工作，认真贯彻落实国家惠农政策，实施了二十八项民生工程。农村小额人身保险工作虽然没有列入二十八项民生工程，但他也不同于一般的商业保险，是国家保监局推出的一项政策性保险，事关民生。明年就有可能列入，我们早抓，早受益。任何工作都是早抓早受益，就要求我们要抢抓机遇。我县有近80%的农村人口，有相当一部分的农民没有参加保险，低收入人群的保险保障严重不足。中国人寿推出的农村小额人身保险正是针对低收入农村最迫切的风险需求而设计，具有保费低廉、保障适度、保单通俗、核保理赔简单等优点的保险服务，是小额金融的重要组成部分，也是一种有效的金融扶贫手段。省政府决定在全省开展试点工作，我县决定在全县全面推开，县政府要求各乡镇要积极配合和支持，把这项惠民工程、民生工程宣传好、贯彻好、落实好。
开展农村小额人身保险，有利于完善农村的社会保障体系，促进农业生产、农民生活和农村稳定；有利于完善农村的灾害救助体系，保护农民积累的财富免受自然灾害冲击，增强抗御自然灾害的能力；有利于完善农村的金融支持体系，有效分散和转移农村金融部门的贷款风险，提高当今信贷资金使用效率。今年的自然灾害就能充分的说明这一点的意义。由于全球气候变暖自然灾害频发，6月份我县连续两次受到强对流天气的影响，遭到暴风、冰雹袭击，给农业生产和农民的人身安全带来了灾难。加之外出打工农民增多，遭受意外伤害的风险增大。据我到包点乡镇了解，很少有参加保险的农民，当广大农民群众在灾难面前遭受损失时，首先就想到了政府，甚至上访要求政府解决困难，然而政府的财力是有限的，只能是救济性的，不可能是补偿或赔偿，无形之中很难满足受灾群众的诉求。如农民朋友参加了保险，政府在救灾抗灾的工作可能就好做多了，从而减轻政府工作的压力。
二、加强领导，积极营造良好的外部环境
各乡镇要加强对农村小额人身保险工作的领导，加强与中国人寿的联系和协调，定期听取公司汇报，积极指导、推动农村小额保险的开展，及时帮助协调解决建设中存在的问题和困难。各乡镇和行政村要积极采取召开动员大会、编发简报、黑板报等方式向社会广泛宣传，创造良好看舆论氛围，让农民知晓。只有宣传到位了，政策解释透了，农民才可能参保。各乡镇要把此项工作作为惠民工程来抓，搭好保险公司与农民兄弟联系的平台，维护好正常保险秩序。这也是我们政府工作的一部分，各乡镇要成立农村小额人身保险推广领导小组办公室，指定专人负责务必抓到实处，确保此项工作取得重大突破，对省政府交一份满意的答卷。有条件的行政村可以村为单位实行统保，发动能人富人行善积德出资，村委会与投保人共同出资等方式筹措保费，但不能强制，力争完成指导性任务。
三、精心组织，确保小额保险工作顺利工展
农村小额保险是一项政策性较强的工作，政府支持是小额保险发展的重要推动力，各乡镇要精心组织周密安排。中国人寿支公司要认真贯彻中国保监会农村小额保险相关文件的精神，立足扩大覆盖面、提高保障度的工作取向，制定工作计划，科学设定目标，明确任务，落实责任。要根据我县农村地区经济社会发展的特点，搞好适合我农村需求的保险产品。同时，要加快加强农村服务网点的建设，提升农村保险从业人员的素质，提高农村小额人身保险的服务事业质量。不要过分强调成本，主动承担政策性保险业务，以此来推动农村的各项保险工作的开展，使政府满意，农民实惠，保险工作上台阶。县政府将组织相关人员定期就农村小额保险工作进展情况进行督促检查，并召开总结会对工作成绩突出的乡镇分管负责人，给予表彰和适当奖励。保险公司推出小额人身保险是惠民之举，可以说是保本的。因为人寿保险公司是国有公司，必须承担些政策性业务，希望大家理解和支持。
同志们，农村小额人身保险是一件利国利民的好事，积极发展小额人身保险，对于我县有效服务“三农”、弥补新农合的不足，满足广大低收入农村群众保障需求都具有十分重要的意义。我们要结合县情，强化组织领导，采取有效措施，搞好宣传动员，积极推动我县农村小额人身保险试点工作，为加快的经济发展、构建和谐社会、建设社会主义新农村而努力奋斗。
