Last year,I went to Ning Xia ,the west of our country.There,I acted as a volunteer and taught students history in junior high school.During that time,I attended some teachers' classes to learn from them.After class,I may communicate with the students to get to know what they are thinking and what they really need. What's more,my colleges were very nice and gave me many valuable advice. I felt very comfortable when working with them.When I was leaving, the students organized a farewell meeting and gave me many presents.I was moved to tears.I'm very proud to have these students.That memorable experience let me love this career.
Besides the above reason, I want to teach because I like the freedom it offers me. Being a teacher I would have more spare time to be at my disposal. I can spend my vacations accompanying my family,I think we should find a balance between our life and career.
Sokrates said, "The happiest thing in the world is to fight for the ideal." To realize my ideal, I should make a good plan. First, the most important thing for me to do today is to study as hard as I can so that I can get much knowledge. If I want to help my students to be intellectual, I myself must be wise and learned. As a graduate student major in economics,I have confidence in myself.Second, I need to study some teaching skills and the knowledge of psychology. As a teacher, I will be patient, kind-hearted and lively. I will love them as my younger brothers and sisters, give them not only love but also respect. My Ideal Job
As college students, we will step into the society, and now we need to prepare for our future and arrange for our future career life, we need to take into consideration what to do in the future. my ideal job is to be a teacher.This three reasons support my idea.
First, I think to be a teacher is very interesting for me. I like to play with children and stay with them because of their innocence and purity, what's more, children's enthusiasm affect me and make me happy. Since I was young, I always played as a teacher,and taught my little sister their lessons. If I can be a teacher, I can stay with them all days and realize my dream. Therefore, to be a teacher is my personal favourite job.
Second, I admire this job. To be a teacher is a holy job. Teachers spend their whole life on spreading their knowledge and morality to students. Teachers waste their youth to make contribution to our nation. Teachers cultivate some great person who make beneficial to the society. For example, Confucius was a great teacher in our country, and his achievement is so great that no one can surpass him.
Third, I think to be a teacher depends on my character. I am outgoing and I have a strong responsibility. I like to communicate with others about books or something else. I used to tutor my classmates about our book theory, and I used to find some part—time jobs like tutor. my students said that I was a responsible teacher.【我理想的工作英语作文】

My Ideal Work and Corporation
I am a girl with relative strong afility , tolerance for loneliness and be specific concentration on things thatI preferred.In view of above reasons,Iwould like to work in a scientific research institution or be a lecturer in an university.And whoever the students are,I will communicate with them attentively.
If I am lucky enough having an oppotunity to enter in a corporation which famous for its scientific research level,I hope it could possess these characteristics described as bellowd.
Firstly,the corporation should be liner organization structure which has the advantages of power concentration,authority and resposibilities clear devided,unified command,information communication convenient,facilitating a unified command and centralized management.Absolutely, this structure has some defects and requiring a master with universalmanagement talent is one of the biggest disadvantages .Thus,a functional organization should be created to assist the manager to manage the corporation.Aparently,a business with this kind of organization structure could not be huge size for its limits in management.
Secondly,the corparate culture is one of the most important components for a corporation.As far as I amconcerned,a dynamic enterprise culture should have a clear and positive goal which induce its employers to realize the value of their life in the course of acheiveing it.Besides,the enterprise must has the pursuit of innovation which is the core competitiveness of a corporation.In addition,a strong sense of responsibility is essentially concerned for a firm because no business can thrive strongly withoutsharing resposibitities and risks.If it comes down to a type,it may be“work-hard,play hard ”culture.This category of organization culture perhaps be the most appropriate one for me because I do not like an atmosphere which filled with the smell of gunpowder.
As for the department I prefered,it is undoubtedly that Iwould chooseresearch and development department for I want to live up to my years of education and make my value of life come ture.The research and development department serve three paramount purposes:the development of new products,the improvement of old products andeach post personnel responsible for the relevant documents.I wish to be an environmentalist from my adolescence so I try to exploit some products with my professional skill that environmental friendly and simultaneously,bring benifitsto humanbeings.
In a word, the ideal corporation I worked on could be small but has humanistic care and the colleagues worked with me could be positive and diligent to work.The boss I worked for could be a person who is strict with our work but concurrently be friendly and relatively equal to everyone. It can not be better if the address of the enterprise could be near to my home and the traffic condition is not so bad.
Dream job
What do you want to be in the future? Maybe a teacher, a policeman or a detective…? Everyone has their own opinion. I have read the top seven careers. Now I will introduce four of them for you.
The first one is the banker. Wealth is becoming one of the most important signs of a successful career. But ,in fact, not all the banks are about the money——like Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. Song Ge is this corporation’s banker. Song Ge tell us that a banker must have a good knowledge of banking, like how a bank works, how to run a bank and how to keep a good relationship with customers and workmates. So, if you want to be a banker, you must have a professional knowledge and communication skills. It’s very difficult.
The second one is the doctor. There are many teenagers think that doctors are very great. Yes, that’s right. But, what should we do to be a good doctor? Chen Xuqing who works in the ear-nose-throat department maybe can tell us:‘A good doctor must be responsible, because patients put their health in doctors’ hands , so we should get patients’ trust. And doctors should always study to improve and practical their abilities and skills. ’
The third one is the photographer. Wang Kun is a photographer, and he is working for Beijing Youth Weekly. He likes his job because he thinks it is free, and he can meet different people and experience different lives. He also enjoys his job, and he can find lots of pretty things. The most important thing for a photographer is to get good ideas and to enjoy take pictures’ experience.
The fourth one is the scientist. When we were young, most of us want to be a scientist. Why? It’s really a great career. Scientists have a lot of knowledge and keep up-to-date on the latest knowledge, or the rest of the world will leave you behind. They should be good at math and science and is very important to learn English. They must be able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines… In fact, scientists are important to the world, they can make our life better and better.
No matter what you want to be in the future, you will get the responsibility and challenges. All career paths need education and training. Now we should work and study hard to realize our dreams. Do it now!
