Although making food is fun, it’s important to know how to be safe if you are a child. This mean knowing when to get the help of an adult assistant and how to keep thing clean.
Before beginning any recipe, get an adult’s permission to woke in the kitchen. If your recipe uses knives the stove,, or other kitchen appliances, you must have some adult help. Some thing that adults use in the kitchen may seem simple to operate, but once you use them yourself, you might be surprised by how difficult they actually are. By having your assistant around, you can avoid surprises, stay safe, and have fun while you cook.
Wearing an apron will keep your clothes clean. If you don’t have an apron, an old shirt will do. But don’t wear anything that is big and loose. Loose clothes could catch fire or get caught in mixers or other equipment.
A big part of safe cooking is keep the chef and the kitchen clean. The idea is to keep germs, which can make you sick, out of your food, always wash your hands with soap and water immediately before you begin any recipe. This is especially important for recipes that involve touching the food directly. w

《时代英语报》相对于其他刊物的优势
《英语周报》：1、版面浪费大，《英语周报》第一版除去标题以外简直没什么内容，这是对读者的一种不负责任行为；2、纸质差，不易保存和管理，报纸经过两三个月就会发黄和变得蓬松，这是所有报纸类刊物的通病；3、编委水平不高，整个报纸的编委中没有教授级别的编委；4、报纸编辑质量不过关，特别是注释的部分，避重就轻，没有把握的难点就绕过去，这在一定程度上影响了读者的学习；5、模拟题目不科学，是从其他市场上流通的英语试卷中摘抄的一些题目然后重组成的，没有体现考试的科学性；6、《英语周报》的主要服务对象是中小学读者，最近几年才开始涉足大学生市场，决定了其刊物的局限性；7、听力内容为全年两盘磁带，不是真正意义上的有声读物；8、售后服务不过关，往往承诺给读者的条件不能兑现，不能按时按量的把报纸送到读者手中，影响了读者的阅读和学习。
《英语学习》：1、《英语学习》杂志是国内比较早创刊的杂志之一，具有价格便宜（目前和所有刊物的价格均一样）、历史悠久、名气大等优点，但是它具有众多的缺点，一是版面浪费严重，二是文章时效性差，往往都是过了时的文章；三是对象为英语专业学生，无考试板块；四是没有听力内容，不能真正提高读者的英语交流能力。
《英语辅导报》：1、刊物号称是英语考试的专业辅导材料，但是没有辅导英语考试的实力；2、报纸刊物的通病；3、售后服务跟不上，承诺读者的事情往往不能兑现；4、考试板块没有连续性和系统性；5、编委水平一般，没有教授级别的编委人员，导致刊物质量比较低下；6、属于新生刊物范畴，文化沉淀有限；7、全年听力内容为两盘磁带，不是真正意义上的有声读物。
《21世纪》：1、主要依靠《中国日报》的英文版，文章时效性较差；2、刊物没有考试板块，不是真正适应广大英语学生水平的刊物；3、文章难度大，很多时候普通水平的读者不容易读懂；4、售后服务做的差，往往是几期的报纸一起发，违背了给读者的承诺，而且失掉了报纸的时效性，即订阅了报纸却没有得到相应的信息服务；5、没有听力内容，对于读者的学习是一种缺陷；
《英语世界》：英汉对照读物，没有涉及到考试的内容。
《疯狂英语》：1、是山寨版《疯狂英语》，不是李阳版《疯狂英语》，属于一种商标的抢注行为；2、编辑质量不过关，编委水平偏低；3、印刷形式可以，版面虽然比较丰富，但是真正涉及到学习方面的内容不多，不适合大学英语学习；4、没有考试板块，造成学习方面的缺陷；5、内容重复较多，有摘抄其他刊物的嫌疑；6、根本没有涉及到四、六级考试的内容，对于英语等级考试的作用不大。
至于和其它刊物的比较，《双语时代》采用彩色排版，只重视刊物在美观方面的特点，不是真正意义上英语学习类材料，没有涉及到考试的方面，文章内容也比较难。《大学英语报》、《大学英语周刊》、《英语辅导测试报》等全部都是创刊只有一年的新刊物，以前从来没有听说过，并且这些刊物售后服务很不到位，读者订阅后会冒收不到刊物的风险
很多小刊小报的他们很多都是摘抄。时代中每一个文章包括图片都是有独立版权的。
报纸这一块大同小异。但是正派的话全国没多少家。
其实时代他更多的是强调整合能力的提高。我们中间的模拟题是最具有权威的。
